Birmingham Airport Authority to Host Business Exchange Event For Companies Wanting to Partner with Airport Concessions

Small Businesses Can Connect with Airport Partners and Learn About Upcoming Projects at BHM

 

BIRMINGHAM, AL (August 21, 2025) – The Birmingham Airport Authority is hosting a Business Exchange Event at the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM) on August 27, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM in the Event Room on the upper level of the terminal. Small business owners can connect directly with rental car companies, airport concessionaires, and industry experts and potentially lay the groundwork for doing business at the airport.

The Business Exchange is designed to reach small businesses who may not know about the valuable opportunities available at the airport. They can learn about upcoming projects, receive certification guidance, and build relationships with key industry leaders and airport partners. Attendees will also learn about upcoming contract opportunities that support the needs of airport concessionaires and car rental companies.
