One of our top destinations to visit for the summer is Miami!  Miami is a great travel destination with places that will make for a well rounded vacation for the whole family. We put together the ultimate tour guide of the top 8 destinations you should visit during your time in Miami.

             1. Wynwood Walls

Established in 2009, Wynwood Walls houses international contemporary art from around the world. Free and open to the public, travelers can expect to view world renowned art work from street artists. Founder Tony Goldman created this space to showcase the beauty within street art and to introduce a new concept to Miami. Since it’s opening, Wynwood Walls expanded its venue by adding open green space that feature five additional murals.


           2.  Miami Metro Zoo 

Miami Metro Zoo is the largest zoo in Florida and fifth largest in the United States. Miami Metro Zoo is known for its unique attraction such as being the only sub-tropical zoo in the U.S. The zoo is spaced over 750 acres and has over 3,000 different animals with over 500 different species. Many of the animals are from Asia, Australia, Africa and the Americans to create a broad representation.


          3. Vizcaya Museum and Gardens









Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is a villa museum that you can visit while in Miami. This museum started off as a villa that was tribute to the Italian Renaissance. The museum is filled with furnishings and artwork that travelers can view. The mission of the museum is to engage people in connecting with the past, understanding the present and shaping the future. As a current program, the gardens hosts a village farmers market every Sunday to feature local vendors.


           4. Bayside Marketplace

Bayside Marketplace has a lot to offer travelers. You can experience the spectacular view of the Biscayne Bay’s island by booking a cruise or walking the pier to experience various restaurants and shops.           6. Philip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science

During your trip, add the Philip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science to your list. This museum is state of the art and is Miami’s only planetarium, aquarium and science museum. The Philip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science is for all ages and interests. Guests will be able to learn more about the world of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) through interactive shows.

          7. Tropical Park

Tropical Park is a 275-acre urban park you want to visit. Visitors can enjoy the scene by walking, running or bicycling. Tropical Park started off as a former horse track in 1979 and was redeveloped  to be an oasis. Tropical Park has a state of the arc equestrian facility that includes 267 stalls that are available for rent and concessions stands.

           8. Dolphin World









While in Miami, go swimming with the dolphins! Dolphin World. During the tour, visitors will be able to enter the water with the dolphins where you can pet, hold, play and swim with them. Included in their program, visitors will be able to learn more about other marine and land animals. This program is also designed so non-swimmers, guests can still be able to enjoy time with the dolphins in shallow water.
