Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport's modern and efficient terminal offers curbside drop-off and pick-up with a very short walk from curb to concourse. Although no curbside parking is allowed, the parking deck is located just a short distance from the terminal and curbside shuttle service is available from Remote Parking.

Two baggage claim carousels are centrally located on the lower level near the information desk and airline baggage service offices. For baggage assistance, contact the appropriate airline baggage office or go to the individual airline ticket counter.
Airline Baggage Offices:
Location: Upper level of the terminal building, between Concourse B and C.
Self Service Business Center open:
Monday - Friday 5:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
and on weekends 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Passengers can access the internet from anywhere inside the airport terminal free of charge. Technical support is available during office hours.
