Birmingham International Airport's modern and efficient terminal offers curbside drop-off and pick-up with a very short walk from curb to concourse. Although no curbside parking is allowed, the parking deck is located just a short distance from the terminal and curbside shuttle service is available from Remote Parking.
Once inside the airport, visitors can enjoy the food court located on the upper level or gift shops and restaurants located in Concourses B and C.

For traveler convenience, four baggage claim carousels are centrally located at ground level in the terminal and baggage carts and Skycap Service are available. For baggage assistance, contact the appropriate airline baggage office or go to the individual airline ticket counter.

Location: Upper level of the terminal building, between Concourse B and C.
Self Service Business Center open:
Monday - Friday 5:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
and on weekends 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
