BIRMINGHAM, AL - United Express announced reinstated nonstop service to Washington-Dulles on March 29. Tickets can be purchased on www.united.com at a special fare as part of United's "Great Flyaway Sale" until April 5. "We are excited about bringing non-stop jet service from Birmingham to our nation's capitol, as well as providing connections throughout the world via United Airline's major hub in Washington-Dulles," says Fred Oxley, Vice President of Scheduling with Trans States Airlines/United Express. With the additional service, Birmingham travelers will enjoy the convenience of 70 nonstop departures.
United Express regional partner Trans States Airlines will operate the once daily round-trip flight with a 50-passenger Embraer 145 aircraft.
